This is a difficult concept for me. I like busy. I like full agendas. I like a sun-up to sun-down kind of day.  But why?  How many moments of my day pass by without me being present for them?  Wouldn’t my day be just as successful if I were to be present in the work I enjoy doing and delegate out the tasks that are better suited for someone else? And what would my day look like if I reserved a little more mat and meditation time?

Busy is a tough habit to break.  And busy is by no means bad… but the pressure to go go go can be unhealthy.  What tactics have you guys found to help you press pause?  What ways have you stopped the glorification of busy?
