Private lessons allow an individual to benefit from more focused instruction. They are great for yogis with specific injuries or health-related concerns. Private lessons don't have to be solo! These make great activities for birthdays, staff wellness, bridal parties and more.

Please only join a group class if your doctor has cleared you for exercise. We recommend starting with a private lesson if you feel nervous your injury will require special attention. We're happy to help you develop a practice plan from there!
We have mats you can borrow- no rental fee!
Any clothing you feel comfortable moving in. Dress in clothing that allows the skin to breathe and body to move in any direction without getting caught or bunched. Remember: It’s easier to move easy when you can easily move.
Jess has been teaching yoga for ten years and an avid practitioner for over 15. Whether class is a packed event, or a quiet one on one lesson, there is a special joy she finds in teaching. Her teaching career has spanned to fill a wide variety of needs; from yoga for chronic illness to professional athletes to yoga for at risk teens. You name it she's taught it (and probably loved it!)
