Clay Study
You asked, and we delivered! Clay study is back!
Our upcoming Clay study will be held on 5/23 with 3:30-5:30pm or 6-8pm time slots. In this clay study, we’ll be working with Terracotta! Perfect for your spring and summer planting!
In our clay study, we’ll talk about what makes this clay body unique, suggested styles to compliment this clay, and we’ll workshop your specific goals for what you hope to create! It’s kind of like a clay party!
We suggest having basic knowledge of wedging and centering in order to best enjoy this workshop as there is no throwing demo in this class option. 6lbs of Clay is included in your ticket price. After our workshop, pieces will need to undergo a series of firings before they are complete, and will be ready for pickup in about 2 weeks. For anyone enrolled in Open Studio, firing services, or an intermediate class series, you may opt to glaze these pieces yourself if you prefer!
This class option is concluded at the end of class time. This does not include the ability to return to trim/finish your pieces at a different time. In order to continue working on your pieces beyond class time, you must be enrolled in an aligning intermediate series or Monthly open studio, and follow along with any timelines and completion dates.
We cannot accommodate refund or transfer requests with less than 72hrs.
