Well, look at you planning to try something new! This beginner class series is perfect for anyone brand new to clay or revisiting it after a long hiatus, while our intermediate level option is a great way to explore a project-driven series. Either way, you’ll be treated to a mix of thorough demos, and plenty of time hands on.
Who this class is for: clay newbies! We start from scratch in this beginner series, so there are no prerequisites to take this class. This class is great for anyone looking to try a new hobby, looking to get out and meet new people, or perhaps a perfectionist looking to lighten up a bit. Whatever led you here, we’re happy to have you!
Additional requirements include: Willingness to make a mess (and then clean up said mess), flop a few pieces, strike up a conversation with your classmates, and enjoy the bliss of a beginner’s mindset. Must be 16yrs or older.
The cost of this series is $150.00 and includes up to 6lbs of clay per person. You must use the clay provided by Pineapple Studios to ensure proper firing for your lovely creations! Your series includes 3, 2hr classes with thorough instruction as well as your necessary tools, glaze materials, and kiln firings. 3 week classes DO NOT include open studio access. If you’d like to use the studio independently in addition to your class, you’ll need to purchase open studio access for the corresponding month of your series.
Sales are final and can not be refunded, nor can they be transferred to an additional class. There is no discounted or prorated price for missed class times. You must be 16yrs or older to attend this class offering.
